Storytelling Workshop: Jan 19
Storytelling as a Path Toward Peace
1:00-3:00 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church - 4557 Colfax Ave. S., Minneapolis

Join master storyteller, Laura Packer, for a free experiential workshop to practice telling your story as an open-minded Christian. Participants will also learn new ways to listen and to give appreciative feedback. Storytelling is a profound way to understand ourselves and to cross barriers by transforming our words into a path toward peace.

Vocation Workshop: Feb 8
“Finding and Doing the Work of Your Heart”
9AM-4PM at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on Saturday, February 8

Do you yearn for work that nourishes not only your finances but your spirit, community, and the world? Join Laura Packer for a FREE, one day workshop to learn how nourishing work is not only possible, but doable when you discover and pursue the work of your heart, called right livelihood.

Participants will identify their calling, and shape a plan to pursue it with steps for research, acceptability, and collaboration. Through writing, brainstorming, listening, and visualization exercises, we will explore the work that best uses your gifts to serve your community, creating a more fulfilled life in tandem with building a better world. Bring your lunch and preferred writing materials.
